Who we are

The American Agricultural School (i.e. the “American Agricultural School”, the “American Agricultural School Postsecondary Education and Training Association” – Perrotis College and the “Thessaloniki Experiential Learning Schools Association”) collects and processes your personal data in accordance with this policy and in compliance with the relevant Data Protection Regulation and applicable legislation. This information provides you with the necessary information about your rights and our obligations and explains the way, purpose and time of processing your personal data.

  • We collect your personal data for the purposes of performing a contract or providing a service, such as for example providing an education service (both minors and adults), visiting our facilities, studying at our College, etc.

How Long We Keep Your Data

USDA retains your personal data only for as long as necessary and has strict data retention policies in place to be consistent with these requirements . There is a legal obligation under Greek law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum period of 10 years• after this period your data is destroyed. If you have consented to us using your data for promotional purposes, we will keep it until you inform us otherwise or until you withdraw your consent.

Submitting a Complaint
